My complaint:
I tried a 14 days subscription with eharmony at £14.65 a month but decided to cancel within the 14 days cooling off period, however I then received an email saying I would also be charged £65 for a self generated profile report. I think that’s ridiculous. I received no prior message that this would happen as the customer service has stated

Refund the money
