My complaint:
I ordered 2 lots of flowers for delivery. One was a birthday, the other a funeral. This company sent the wrong flowers, they delivered to the wrong address and didn’t deliver the cards.
Lockdown is hard enough and money is tight. I had hoped to trust Eflorist to help me – this did not happen. Customer service has been awful. Asking me what to do!?!
It’s should be as simple as:
1. Admit what you’ve done. Stop passing it off to another company. I paid you.
2. Offer a refund.
3. Make it up to the customer.
Cocked it up for me for a FUNERAL and a BIRTHDAY.
Terrible, and a real let down.
