My complaint:
Ordered flowers three weeks ago for a funeral today which is at 2:00 phoned funeral director to see if flowers had arrived and… No.
Tracked delivery and they said they would be there anytime up to nine tonite???????
Tried to get a refund but they refused
Suggested solution:
Please give me my money back as their service is NOT OF MERCHANTABLE QUALITY
