My complaint:
This is a game company out of Berlin, Germany. The game constantly disconnects, costing me, game rewards, game money. But, it costs a lot of other players REAL money.
Instead of acknowlaging a problem, they simply blame us, the players. The very people who support them in one way, or another.
They want people to purchase things with real money in their games. They also want people to leave a higher star review than they earned.
All app games are on a star review system. This system helps them gain funds. Only players leave 1-5 star reviews.
When players complain, the game company tells them it’s their fault. They dont accept responsability for the problems.
I want what they owe. We can come to a reasonable agreement, if they only would. They do not return emails. They will only respond to the star reviews. They’re cost many people a lot of money.
Suggested solution:
I want the game money, points, game level I would be at if I had the points, money, etc. I want a public apology, and improve the game.
