My complaint:
Unfortunately, we arrived to our reservation room at 1845 I was told by the clerk I had to wait til 9pm to check i (Keep in mind, checkin after 1500 is allowed!!) I waited patiently, after an exhausting driving 12 hours from California, with little sleep. We check in and I pay, I’m required to pay 100.00 cash deposit for damaged towels or any damages in the room. I pay her and get a receipt. We get to our room, and we are shocked! The room was dirty. As far as the sheets. The shower was unsanitary it was chaotic. I have pictures to show proof of everything I’m telling you. The towels were dirty. It was so disgusting we had to bring a blanket from the car and place it over the sheet. My husband and I slept on the left side of the bed, I didn’t want to move around too much on the bed. This place needs to be inspected, the reviews for this place are so many complaints. In the Morning we got up at 630 and left with out showering, brushing our teeth absolutely nothing. When I went to the front desk to check out I didn’t complain, they had my 100.00 cash deposit and I wanted it back before I mentioned anything. After I received it, I then complained , oh, man the lady at the window said she was the supervisor, she was LIVID for me complaining, I didn’t argue with her because she was a gangster, and I was very scared , so we just left. Please consider my complaint! I would like for you to refund my whole entire money I paid. I have pictures to show proof. Thank you , I wait patiently for a response.
