My complaint:
I placed a order with a Company called I Battery for a Camera Battery,paid in full , the Battery, promised delivery within one week, sent tracking number,which said unable to deliver package,unable to enter property.
This is rediculous, there are no gates on my property, easy access in and out,,l was at home all day when Vogel Couriers say they could not deliver, this is not correct ,l have tried to contact EC-First Class who gave my Package to Vogel too
deliver to me, unable to do so on there Website. Is this Company real ? I wonder.
Suggested solution:
My desired solution is stop lying to me about trying too deliver my Package,which never happen, how many more Customers will pay for goods that never get delivered. I will of course take my Complaint to the appropriate Authority should your actions be unsuccessful.
