My complaint:
Purchased large, men’s, down vest in February. It turned out to be for a small child (although the tag reads L) and has no down (tag reads polyester). Emailed eBay asking for returnrefund, but unable to add photo to request. Instead of responding to request, eBay simply stated they would add complaint to others. Subsequent attempts to contact them indicate they have no record of current purchases. Asked Visa card to resind payment which they did pending investigation then they told me ebay contested my claim. Sent Visa pictures of vest and polyester tag via USPS and awaiting response. Ebay might have shortcomings, but they have to be concerned about disreputable sellers such as this. It also would be nice if they had an address for USPS mail and a phone number that connects to an actual person.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money.
