My complaint:
Despite using this company for over 11 years I have finally decided to pull the plug and go full time in May. Due to a personal emergency I had several cases opened up against me. When I finally got back into the swing of things after losing my father they told me that I need to drop my prices and sell quicker to increase my rating while paying the higher rates.
Suggested solution:
Get real managers who provide Solutions not site policy and maybe some compassion
