My complaint:
eBay set my account in restricted mode, holding my sell fonds. I called, emailed, tested, chatted, and now my resources are exhausted.
I provided prove of identity, prove of address, prove of ownership of the sale items. I verified, with eBay, my bank account, my tax ID. All information they ask me for.
Unfortunately, they don’t release the funds and keep my account restricted without further explanation. They just emailed me this statement: account has been permanently restricted from selling because of activity we believe was putting the eBay community at risk
I kept asking eBay representatives that it a mistake there against my willingness. They just hang the phone repetly to me. Now i am unable to call them.
I do believe I am a victim of profiling and/or discrimination and your help is now golden.
eBay is holding my assets without any disclosed reasons. My claim is for eBay to release the funds.
Suggested solution:
release my funds.
provide explanation for the account restrictions.
