My complaint:
Two different sellers shipped items thru USPS their choise with signature required
Mail worker came by supposedly scanned items and got signature. That did not happen. have video to prove. Ebay closed case In their words Having reviewed your claim a second time, we have used tracking information on USPS website that shows item delivered. We required additional proof of delivery from seller which they provided in the form of documents from USPS indicating ation that the US postal worker delivered it with signature.
They had and have a copy of video they say they can not use it. I do not know why.
I wanted to leave feed back on what happened. Thought other buyers like me would like to know buyer protection is not much protection??? they said they would take it down.
Does not matter how much proof you have .
