My complaint:

My partner and I arrived for our holiday from Belfast International to Alicante through Sunshine holidays using Easyjet as our Airway . Our reference was K3H6P1H . When we arrived early for our flight we were immediately met by a wall of people at check – in . We stood in a queue for over an hour with only one of your staff checking in at one stage , MY partner is disabled and it was horrendous .
We got into main airport eventually , sat down with one beer , then we were told within minutes to proceed to departure gate , ‘ beer left ‘ , and rushed round to gate , we then got called for boarding where we then all made to stand for an unbelievable 45 mins to board late plane , it was at that stage the worst airport experience my partner and i had ever experienced . We eventually got to our Hotel in Benidorm by nearly 12am , when we should have been there for 10pm . My partner had to straight to bed in agony . On flight back EZY6702 210522 I lost my Samsung 5 series phone on plane , can you please investigate .

Please contact me about my phone , it was in overhead locker 16 EF , im lost without it , as for the service i dont know how you run an Airway with no staff and rude and inexperienced people who you now employ . Have enjoyed flying with you before but real bad taste after this experience . My partners phone number is 07521033579 .
