My complaint:
I went in the store around 5pm today and I spoke to the lady who was working there I knew her from another job she never spoke I told her I wanted a lottery ticket she got it and threw it on the counter and went and got the man in the back to come to wait on me and she was rude about it as I left I told her she shouldn’t be so rude and then I called back to tell her manager her name is Tonya
Suggested solution:
Let her know not to be rude to customers dose not matter who it is
