My complaint:
I’ve been going to this ez mart my whole life and this will be the last time on account of an overly rude cashier by the name of Verda. At first estimated 4 months ago, I thought maybe she’s having a bad day and let it fly, yet everytime I go in there she’s rude to me and everyone else in line infront of me! This time specifically it was a technical problem w there pumps, I paid for $30 in gas, went to pump it and nothing,, I walked back inside and calmly ask her if pump 3 was working? She answers YES IT SHOULD BE!!?, so I walk back our to pump, hang it up and try again.., still nothing… so I give her a few mins, I walk back inside and ask again, are you sure pump 3 is working,, atwhich she answers yelling at me infront of other customers, “ITS WORKING NOW!!! DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW TO USE MY PUMPS!!!” I calmly answered yes, turned and walked back out to pump…and finally it worked…. This lady does not belong in customer service!! Amywheres!!
