My complaint:
I was getting a frazil and trying to pay with my EBT card. The cashier mumbling obscenities under her breath, saying retarded shit stupid ass shit sick of it. I don’t know what wasvwrong , she was very agitated waiting for her to punch my items up so I can pay for it the machine said welcome I was waiting for it to say please swap your card. All of a sudden she snaps please swap your card really rude n nasty. I got upset and asked her what her problem,???
I asked her about what did I do to her, why was she mumbling under her breath and then yelled at me??? I stated I didn’t even know her so she had no reason to be snapping and aggravated at me… Then she snarled yes you do. At the end ask her if she could bring my stuff up so I can go cuz I don’t know what her problem was.
I also stated that I didn’t know who she was and advisor to quit acting towards me in the manner when she was acting she said she was worried about it cuz she didn’t have to serve me at that point I just got my card and walked out the store because I was not about to patronize this store with her behavior being the what it was I’m very disappointed.
I come to the store nearly every day and I get along with all of the employees this lady is new I don’t know what her issue is but I don’t appreciate her approaching me in a manner what she did you don’t call customers retarded and accept her and holla about whatever stupid s that you’re tired of why you have customers at the register and then yell at the customer to please swipe your card in a confrontational tone I’m very concerned because I don’t know who she is and father sit up there and snarl yes you do and be as confrontational as she was that’s probably going to affect me shopping there.
I live right around the corner from the store and frequent it too much this point at this point I feel very much threatened and violated as a customer of their store that store
Suggested solution:
They need to hire people that want to work with the public. If you do not want to work with customers maybe you should not have a job there whatever is going on in your personal life should not be taking out on me I just came there to shop and get my daily things that I get when I come to the store
