My complaint:
We are snowed in here in Arkansas. I called the store was told to wait an hour by an employee that has called me the B word on her first day of work. I go to this store every day loyal customer. When I got there she refused to open the doors for any customers because she seen I was there.
I have never said anything rude to her. When she called me a name I simply walked away a few days before the snow storm.
Suggested solution:
I think she needs to be fired. That is the only store that people can make it to in the neighborhood. And she came into work and then refused to open the doors. She lied to multiple customers that they were open during the snow in and then refused to serve us all. After we walked in the snow to get there. What were you paying her for?
