My complaint:
I stopped 1-31-21 at 9:05pm to get 20.00 in gas and I went inside to pay the cashier and all I had was a hundred dollar bill. I said to the clerk I need 20.00 in gas. He looked at me and in a stern tone he said LOUDLY I CANT BREAK THAT I said to him you mean you been open all day and you can’t break a 100 so I can get some gas. He then said thats exactly why I can’t break it I said my gas light is on what am I suppose to do? He said I don’t know I said This is stupid He then yelled at me and said you can get the f..k out before I push this button and I told him I was filing a complaint with BBB. He said I don’t give a f… get out. This is totally unexceptable. The manager needs to watch the camera tape and see what kind of employee they have. That was very unprofessional and uncalled for.. I own K S TREE SERVICE and I will tell my employees and everyone I can not to go to that store. And I come in contact with a lot of local people in my line of work.
Suggested solution:
I feel like he should be terminated because there is no excuse for that type of attitude towards me or any other paying customer. It is embarrassing to be talked to that way when all I wanted was to buy some gas. I'm apologize for only having a hundred dollar bill. I had to drive 12 more miles to get gas that night.
