My complaint:
The store manager of the poteau Oklahoma ez mart is very disrespectful, corrupt, and has absolutely no business being a store manager. She is currently having a sexual relationship with a male employee under her and goes off on employees and customers. She won’t reprimand the one she is currently having relations with. She was picked my the GM of that location due to being very good friends with (the GM). And GM has had many many complaints.
The biggest one discrimination against race. In other words she acts like a racist towards anyone who is white. I am white and I see her actions being extremely wrong. Between the store manager and the GM and good long look needs to be made. And it needs to be dealt with. Neither have any business being managers.
Suggested solution:
Only thing that wood make this right is one or both need to be let go. Poteau EZ Mart is going downhill due to current management.
