My complaint:

Our daughter bought us a V12 for Chistmass 2022. One of the motorized heads, with hair removal vanes, is broken. I called their help centre on Jan 9, 2023 and two other times since. It has now been 6 months and am still waiting for notification that a replacement part is available.

Suggested solution:

Supply the replacement part as promised.
