My complaint:

I had to do a quick shop today after taking my daughter to the doctor.She has a chronic illness.I had 13 items in my basket and there was a queue at the very few tills that were open so I went to the express till.The woman looked at my basket and then her supervisor who told her it was too many items.So I went to self service till and did it myself.I had a problem with a few items and the supervisor came over and resolved it and it happened again for no reason.I was very stressed as I was thinking about my daughter waiting in pain.I observed that the woman at the express till was standing there doing nothing as was the supervisor. I would advise you to teach your staff to have some empathy and maybe a bit of intuition.A blind person would have clearer vision than these two.If I do not get a satisfactory response from you I will be taking my custom elsewhere and will take this matter to a higher level.By the way I told the supervisor my predicament and she told me that the sign says 10 items.I can read and count(I have a degree in maths).Teach your staff to have some common decency.

I have order some clothes on April 27 2022 and they promise to deliver it in 2 business days. But it month I haven’t got my package yet, 20 May 2022.
