My complaint:
Myself and my 3 year old went to dunnes today to do my shopping I am potty training her at the moment anyways she needed to go to the toilet so I ran to a cash till to ask a member of staff could she use the toilet he said there was no toilet only staff toilets so basically my child soiled herself I am absolutely disgusted that this happened in the middle of my shopping trip what I can’t understand is the dunnes on green road has just be refurbished to a bigger and better store but with extending it there is no toilets . There is no toilets even around that area my poor child had to wait until I was finished my shopping before I could change her soiled clothes and I am not happy about this
Suggested solution:
Get some public toilets
