My complaint:

On Monday evening 3521 I went to security and said that the man in front of me in line to pay his groceries was not wearing a mask. I was at the vulnerable and elderly cash desk in front of Customer Service. When the man went out to the Shopping Area of Dunnes to the Shopping Centre one of the Security men approached him and said I complained him, he in turn turned and gave me a horrible look I spoke to the girl that served me who saw what happened and she actually apologised to me. I was really nervous and went to the other security guard and said since ye told that man that I was the one that complained him you need to walk me to my car, which he did but when he turned to go back into the store a van came right up to my car and that man was in it and looked at me with very wide open eyes and pointed his finger at me, needless to say I was alarmed. He followed me out of the car park but when leaving the car park on the upper level you are not allowed to turn right which I did and he went left. I parked in the Lidl car park across the road where there were a lot of people as I was afraid he would turn back. I called Dunnes from there and spoke to Louise who told me she was an Assistant Manager who sounded very caring and said it was not Dunnes policy to make any customer feel unsafe in their store, and she would check it all out and come back to me. I again phoned on Tuesday 45 and she came on the phone and said her store manager John Kennedy was in the store and she would brief him on what happened and asked me to give her a few days and she would come back to me. Today is Monday 10521 and I have not heard a word from anyone in Dunnes. I feel my life was put in jeopardy by that security man revealing my identity, the man in question was waiting for me in the parking lot. I said to Louise that everything would be in the CCTV footage. Is this the way you treat your customers? I have been shopping in Dunnes since you were in the old Jetland. I go to the store a minimum of 4 nights a week after work. I’m so nervous now and keep watching out for his van in case he comes after me. I’m looking in a window at my mother in a Nursing Home and this is the way Dunnes is taking my complaint! ignoring it!

Suggested solution:

Talk to me and assure me it will never happen again and reprimand the person that put my life in danger. I'm so sorry I actually didn't phone the guards that night and bring them to Jetland, this is how seriously I'm taking this insistent. I need this resolved
