My complaint:
I was grocery shopping in dunnes in George’s street , i couldn’t use the self scanner correctly as i had a discount voucher , a lovely lady helped me she even finished my shopping, i went to find this girl Joanna to say thank you, I approached a girl asked were Joanna was and this girl very blunt says why ? I said I’d like to thank Joanna for her help she said she pass it on turned her back !!! I then seen another girl and asked was Joanna near by in which she replied she’s down the back i went to see could i find this girl as she went out of her way to help me i seen her and a colleague was saying to her were did you go missing to u I could see this girl was upset so I didn’t aprouch her ..
I was back in to do a shop another day and seen Joanna she remembered me asked did i need help, in which a girl same one as the last day says to Joanna YOU go on your break NOW .Joanna then turned to me and said sorry… I wanted to hug this girl this is 2021 I’ve never seen in both times at this store a girl getting treated like this … I’m my opinion this is bullying!!!!
Please correct your staff behaviour at your George’s Street store ….

Correct your younger staff to speak correctly to there employees and to customers
I hope that girl Joanna gets the respect she deserves
