My complaint:
This is the 4th complaint. You need to reteach your crew how to make proper drinks. We gave up Starbucks completely because we love DD better, BUT, It’s always watery. I have pulled people to DD and we are all complaining. I look forward to mine and this one tonight is sitting next to me full. I will try once more, then I will drink my coffee at home brewed myself. We go about 5 times a week, a lot of business when everyone starts to complain as well. Every time it’s wasted, I won’t drink it. Last time……….
