My complaint:
I went inside to place my order and sitting right by the door was the manager and the supervisor having a very heated argument about the managers job. I knew it was them because I said something the the lady that was ringing up my drink and she told me. I do not believe that is the proper place to have that type of conversation.
Suggested solution:
They should hold conversations like that in a back room or even outside. Not in a common area where everyone can hear.
Some type of complaintary drink of gift card would be nice for them to give me because I had to listen to them while waiting in line.
