My complaint:
Hi, I’m having some issues with my Internet connection. I live in Stadium Point in Sports City, and recently there were Internet boosters fitted to the building due to the poor service that was provided. Since then, the service has become even worse, and my connection continually drops in and out. Please advise. I have tried logging the issue via the Du website, however, I am continually return to the same page to sign in a merry-go-round of starting, chatting with Blu, and redirected back to the log-in page. The site is extremely poor and serves little purpose for anyone who has issues with the Du service.
Suggested solution:
Fix the broadband signal ly.
