My complaint:
i poured me a glass of dr. pepper from my 2-liter bottle and i was drinking it while watching the races. i noticed something floating in my glass. i went and poured the remaining soda that was in my glass, into a flat dish to see what it was. to my disgust and astonishment, it was a DIAPER PIN. instant gag city!!! it has a white plastic top, so it floated upright in my glass. i had drank half of the dr pepper in my glass before i noticed it. might i add i am 69 years old. my kids are in their late thirties. we do not have any kidsbabies in our house. i can understand if it was a bolt from a machine or even glass if glass bottles were being used. but—a DIAPER PIN!!! REALLY? since it is NOT something common in the processing plant- think about it- someone had to bring it into the plant and DELIBERATELY put in there. i am disgusted and shocked about this. it is sickening. stomach turning. i cant even imagine where it had been before it ended up in my 2-liter bottle. just thought you need to know.

oh let's see. what would YOU do if you found a disgusting, nasty diaper pin in your bottle of dr. pepper? what would YOU want? how would YOU want the experience 'resolved?' a so called-band-aid-WON'T resolve this issue for me. a coupon for some more bottles of dr pepper WILL NOT 'fix' it. now i am not petty but this is over the top of, and beyond disgust. how much would YOU want? what would it take for YOU to get past this experience? may i remind you again-someone DELIBERATELY put it there. so i will put it in your hands. LET YOUR CONSCIENCE BE YOUR GUIDE. put yourself in my place and go from there.
