My complaint:
I’ve grazed my hand a couple times on your new bottles lids. They don’t co.e away properly and then leave very sharp parts left on. However this time I opened the bottle and turned the lid and the plastic part has cut my hand open in the palm of my hand. I’m extremely upset you have changed the kids and made it clearly unsafe to open causing it to rip my skin and bleed. I now have to walk around with a hand that is still going and bleeding. All because I wanted to enjoy a Dr pepper. This is ridiculous. I shouldn’t get my hand cut open by one of your products
Or graze or anyth8ng else. These lids are a safety hazard.
I have photos of the injury and of the bottle that caused it. If more photos are needed.
Suggested solution:
I expect to not be physically injured by your products. And find this very neglectful and dangerous. I may contact a solicitor as yet. Depending on the outcome. As this is unacceptable and it could of been a younger child or could of been worse.
