Dr Pepper complaint: Bad soda

My complaint:

At casey I bought 2 16iz Dr pepper’s and both soda were flat…and at Walmart I bought 4 6pks and out of 24 bottles 20 bottles were flat

Suggested solution:

Refund my money or free Dr peppers
