My complaint:

I have submitted my 11-month submission request twice into the portal. CeCe Echols emailed telling me that I would be contacted by Dustin, that has not happened. My initial submission was done in July to allow enough time to address my concerns. The builder Alex told me to resubmit my 2nd request which I did, the following day I was contacted by CeCe Echols, she also emailed Dustin to email once he contacted me, it is now September and Dustin has not contacted me. I expect them to honor the 11 month warranty request and for my concerns to be addressed. My floor upstairs pops when walked on and is uneven, among other things, yet my submissions are being ignored. I also emailed the Warranty department manager Hope Palmer and still no one has contacted me. I want my issues addressed!

By honoring my 11-month warranty request and correct the issues that I have in my home!
