My complaint:
This is Nakul from sector 20 panchkula.
I buyed a dove conditioner from payi payi mart in sector 20 panchkula.
But when opened the conditioner was fully liquidized not in semisolid.
Returned to payi payi but refused for its replacement.
Just intimating you for action to be taken.
Or need to raise complaint in dove portal for the showrrom and distributor or dove manufacturer.
Suggested solution:
Refund or replacement.
Cross check all products of that batch
