My complaint:
I previously ordered several items online shopping with D.P.
My account showed that the items had been issued ‘free’ to me.
I have recently discovered,to my dismay,that this was in fact untrue and I had been charged for the orders. I contacted C.services,but they said it was a technical issue..and because the time to return had now passed I was not entitled to any refunds.
Suggested solution:
Refund me in full asap.and they can have their goods back.
