My complaint:
I order food from chopsticks but never got my food. The dasher complete my order like I got it but I didn’t get it. I call doordash and told them that dasher keep my food but they gave me a credit for it. My thing is I should not have to used my credit for my food that I felt like I still get my food reoder and keep my credit because it’s the dasher fault because they keep it. I will not be using yall anymore cause my problem wasn’t solved.
Suggested solution:
Give my order and not used my credit for it.
