My complaint:
I had some contact with DOOGEE about a problem with my phone i bought from them.
Sending them at the start a support mail, explaining it.
They already responded 1x not fast. and now after 1,5 week i am waiting for a responds,
I tried to email them. and i get only back that ”no such user here”
Suggested solution:
It would be great if they could respond, and send me the needed parts to repair my phone,
but if they dont respond in 2 weeks, i will have to call my creditcard company, and ask them for a refund, because this is not how the phone was listed.
