My complaint:
I ordered a phone several weeks ago. It has not even been dispatched. I have requested BY email from doogee to contact me as I paid for the order to be expedited. They owe me money and my phone. They have not responded by either email or on social media.
Suggested solution:
Expedite my order and refund me for purchasing to have it delivered quickly. An apology would nice also but I won't hold my breath.
