My complaint:
Yesterday I ordered Large (14) Hand Tossed ExtravaganZZa and pecialty Chicken – Spicy Jalapeno – Pineapple. What I recied was a pepperoni and Parmesan Bread Bites. I called the store and was instructed to bring the order back. Upon arrival I was told it would be a 30 minute wait for my reorder. I was not going to go back home and drive back so I set in my car. The reorder was done in 20 minutes.
Suggested solution:
You adds talk about the great things you do if the order is destroyed in transit or if the wrong order is delivered. I commuted 20 minutes and waited 20 minutes and was only offered a 2 litter of soda for and error your staffs committed. I could have at least been offered to keep the wrong order to snack on while I waited.
