My complaint:
I ordered a combination. Chicken strippers were sent instead of chicken wings. No explanation, no contact, no call. Not good enough. When I called Ed to ask I got told the wings weren’t available and then the shop hung up!!! Unbelievable. DISGUSTING customer service. I will NEVER use your service again unless I get a total refund. Absolutely unacceptable. I will make this poor service very public.
Suggested solution:
Refund me in total. I would’ve ordered elsewhere if I’d had known.
