My complaint:
Ordered a chicken dish and put in capital letters no mushrooms! Got mushrooms! Ordered wings and wanted ranch sauce got buffalo sauce. The man called me and said he was here with my order and I said OK bring it up and he said I can’t find you I don’t know where you are. So I went out on the porch and he was way down the street asking people where my address was. My address is very visible and I had my porch light on. I was unable to eat the chicken dish as I am allergic to mushrooms. I would like my money back and someone to contact me
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund and I need someone to contact me. This happens all the time at this location. This is the second time I have filed a complaint in the last two days and no one is getting back to me. I guess they don’t care about their customers
