Dominos Pizza complaint: Would not answer phone and would not take order at window

My complaint:

I called and called trying to place a order for 30 mins and no one answered and when I went to there store they would not let me order at the window ..last time I ordered a pizza at the same location the forgot about my pizza and I had to wait for them to cook it… Its something every time I go to this location..

Suggested solution:

Hire better help that actually cares about there job...
