My complaint:
We ordered a large FIVE-topping pizza and it was nothing more than a thick, dry cracker with several toppings. I took pictures to put on my social media account…. Facebook, Tictok and Twitter. When I called the store and spoke with the manager, he said that the pizza was so dry because we ordered it well done. We ALWAYS order it that way with extra sauce. As you can see from the picture, the pizza was NOT well done. There is NO sauce and not a shred of cheese. The manager said they had to cut back on their toppings because of the price of food… then stop offering specials and just present a great pizza the first time. The manager just showed NO REMORSE and just said quickly, would you like a free pizza on account. YES!!!! ONLY IF IT RESEMBLES A PIZZA! I’m very, very disappointed.
Suggested solution:
We want TWO, LARGE PIZZAS WITH TONS OF CHEESE AND TOPPINGS. If you can't deliver a quality pizza, then we will take our weekly business elsewhere.
