My complaint:
They are slow, incompetent, rude and completely dismissive. The app reports incorrect time and when I call the restaurant they don’t seem to care. I’m tired of waiting for eventual cold pizza to arrive. I hate this company and everything they stand for. It used to be good back in the day but now it’s a horrible agonizing experience.
Suggested solution:
No response or resolution. I wish they would go out of business.
