My complaint:
I felt bad for the person delivering it..
Due to lot of work today I delivered Domino’s so that my kids can eat ..I ordered around 9.25p but pizza arrived half wet around 10.43p.The delivery person didn’t know the address as he was not guided well by the store people n moreover I had to get off my laptop and explain address to the poor guy as he didn’t knw about anand park area.
I was frustrated after explaining for half an hour and finally when pizza came and we opened it it was wet.
My little one said mummy I don’t want to eat wet pizza I shouted at her as I had spend 489 on pizza and I am a regular customer ..my child was upset and I was even more upset of shouting at her..the experience turnes from bad to worst
Suggested solution:
They shld send people who know the area and I would need my inconvenience discount for making us eat watever pizza was nt wet and throw wat was soggy.
Please do not remove the anger on the delivery person as he was completely wet and poor thing he didn't have a clue
