Dominos Pizza complaint: Waited 3 hours for cold food

My complaint:

I ordered at 7 PM at the walnut dominoes online on my laptop. I waited an hour and a half before calling to see where my order was the person who picked up told me that the driver would call when it arrived. Half hour passes again I proceed to call again and Alex who picked up said that they had been trying to call me for an hour and at the last guy told me that. If the last guy told me that why wouldn’t I have told him the correct phone number. I thought Alex was extremely rude and very disrespectful and unprofessional. When I finally got the correct number in and the order replaced it arrived after 2 12 hours total of waiting it is now currently 930 I ordered at 7:30. And the food is ice cold I’m not calling back again I’m not dealing with this again it’s absolutely ridiculous that I had to wait 2 12 hours for food for it to be cold I put the correct number in and the system automatically use the original phone number that was there.This is not the first time at the online system has done this to me and it’s quite frankly frustrating. It was a $50 order and now I have $50 worth of cold food will not be ordering from you guys again this is completely ridiculous.
