My complaint:
The delivery girl Emily at Nedlands store . Very very disgustingly rude . Ripped in my drive way braking my sprinkler clean of , my 3 children aged 3,4 and 6 . 6 year old having a delay disability waiting for their dinner ran down the drive way Infront of me following behind they stopped in front of her car and she yelled at them 1.5 Meters KID !!! To my 3 year old . Threw the pizza on her bonnet (to point it was all through the box) jumped back in her car . Before I could say anything due to my child being upset she took of . . This is not acceptable and very disgusting behaviour and customer service .! I will not be returning to that store .
Have been ordering this store for last 3 years .
Suggested solution:
Take this disgusting behaviour seriously . And a formal apology . She knew she did wrong the look she gave me when I said excuse me
