My complaint:
After a very long day at work i decided to order Domino’s like I sometimes do at least once a week. Normally I get it delivered but when I started the process on Domino’s website a message popped up saying I could get get a free medium pizza if I ordered carry out and get my order at least 24 mins earlier if I choose carry out and I did. When I went to pick my order up I walked in and there were at the least 11 people working but no one bothered to acknowledge that I was even there for about 5 minutes. It was my fault that I didn’t look at the pizza before I left but I put my trust in Domino’s as I do at least once a week with no problems. I really felt a unwanted vibe when I walked in and I should’ve just canceled my order and left but I already paid for it. I’m very very disappointed with my service tonight. Then to top it all off I get home look at my pizza and one of them is burnt I mean visually burnt!! I took a picture of it. Why did they do that?? I just don’t understand
Suggested solution:
I don’t know, a refund, some coupons and most importantly for the issue to be addressed. I’m major on customer service and this is just unacceptable.
