I called to place an order for delivery. Before I had an opportunity to even tell the gentleman what I would like or my address he was very short and very rude. I told him I would like to speak to someone else because his attitude was poor and he continued to be rude. I spoke to the manager who is apologetic and even the general manager that was there. Her name was Andrea. The name of the employee that answered the phone his name was Joseph. I decided to take my business to Pizza Hut rather than to continue business with dominoes. As we order from them on a weekly basis because we have teenage children. This is the second time that their employees have been rude and offensive. We have even dealt with one employee cursing at us and handing the phone to someone else. We are Christians and I would like to view our behavior as more than acceptable. At the same time, I feel that these young individuals that are coming in for employment need extensive training on customer service. I will not continue to do businessWith a company where I am treated poorly or even insulted.
