Dominos Pizza complaint: Very bad service..

My complaint:

The store is 183 Graham avenue, Brooklyn NY 11206.
On 03272020 I ordered online for delivery at 7:27 pm. After 1 hour I started calling the store, they did not answer the phone. I kept calling with no luck… Finally at 11pm I went to to the store and was told my order was out for delivery, I waited another 20 minutes at the store for the delivery to return with my order.. Not only did I wait 4 hours for my food, I got it cold.. I was then given rewards points by email to make up fot it… Today I used the reward points for a free medium pizza. When I went to get my pizza at 12:30pm, I was told they don’t have it ready and they don’t know when it will be ready. After explaining to a kid what has happened, I was told too bad and don’t come back to the store.. I asked for the manager and he told me he is the manager and closed the door on me and my wife…. Meanwhile the pizza tracker is showing my pizza is ready, when it was not..
This is totally unexceptable.

Suggested solution:

You need to get rid of that store. Very unprofessional and rude people...
