My complaint:
On Saturday, May 21th, we placed an order on the app. The pizzas were delivered 2 12 hours later. No one would answer the phone and when they did, they would hang up. Of course the piazza were cold. I was able to get someone to answer the phone today but all I got was more attitude with the asst. manager named Tiffany. She said all she would do was give me a $20 credit the GM Kaylie would have to give me a full credit. Tiffany needs training on how to handle customer complaints, she was the very rude and unprofessional. I took screenshots at the different times waiting for my order. If someone would like to have them I would gladly send them.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund.
