My complaint:
I first went to the store to place my order and was told that i could only called it in or order online. I left and called in my order. I told the young lady that I wanted 2 cheesy marinara dip and bread twist. One with garlic bread and one with parmesan bread. When Grant me this was the first time I ordered this dish. So I explained to her that the cheese was in a tin pan. She said okay. When I get to the store she gives me two boxes, I with garlic twist bread and the other one with parmesan twist bed. When I returned my order to the store. The young girl who identify herself as the manager was very inconsiderate and though my complaint was funny. She claim she didn’t take my order and say that’s what you order, which is untrue. I will never visit that store again as long as those kids are working there and I’m taking my experience to social media. They were very unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
Holding the manager accountable. This incident occurred on 12-15-2021 around 10:00pm. The order was placed at 9:30 pm.
