My complaint:
I ordered a pizza and brownies on 11, August 2020 I paid on line with my credit card.James Mitchell was the driver who delivered my food He telephoned me to tell me he was down stairs with my order. I told him I would be right down. When I got down stairs he was gone. He left my pizza with the guard. There was no receipt. I went upstairs and called Dominos. The employee who answered the phone connected me with the manager. She told me that James Mitchell would drive to my building. Once there he would call me and give me my receipt. He never came and I waited for three hours. I feel this manager did not care and blew me off. I keep all receipts and compare with monthly billing statements.My ation number for the food was 401 I believe the Dominos was located on West Main street rochester ny Definitely Main street unsure if West or EAST Thank You

Manager needs training 0n customer relations. Also she should be counseled and written up. She wouldnt give me her name.
