My complaint:

My husband and I went through the drive through to pick up two online orders at 6:25 p.m. We waited several minutes, before we were greeted by the young african american girl that was working. We recieved our first order and were told that there was a wait for the second, which was no problem. While we sat at the window waiting we witnessed what can only be described as an emotional meltdown. I did not obtain the names of the staff, but the caucation woman that looked to be around late 20’s to early 30’s was slamming her hands down on the counters, screaming profanity at the top of her lungs and hastily pacing, visibly angry and crying. The young african american girl was very sweet and i believe handled it very well, but looked terrified of her coworker. I don’t usually report bad reviews, but someone needs to stick up for the poor girl. No one should have to work in that kind of environment.
